Kindly tell the detailed procedure for becoming an ITO. How many years will it take to become an ito. presently i've completed my B.COM(H), & i m in CA-FINAL.

For becoming ITO, you will have to appear for a competitive examination. It is just like any other competition examination.

If you are a graduate you can apply for IRS via UPSC.
