Dear Sir,
I have to submit Form 5 for PVT. Ltd. Co. alongwith MOA & AOA.
Now pls tell me how to incorporate the changes in new MOA which have occured after the incorporation of the co.
Like
Changes in Directors
Changes in Shareholders
REgistration of Chrage
Allotment of Capital- Form 2 etc.
With Regards

As you mentioned above in your query about changes, I want to says, there will be no changes incorporated in MOA after incorporation of the company.
It is a normal event in the life of company. You just intimate the ROC about changes in time in their respective forms will be deemed as compliance of the provisions by company.
No need to change MOA.
