How much time to get the tds return

one of my fnd filed it return through itr-v for fy 2012-13 but he didn't get any return of his tds.

Plz check the status of your Income tax Refund on www.Incometaxindiaefilling.gov.in and www.tin-nsdl.com. And also go through Intimation u/s 143(1).
