How many self-occupied property per head in joint ownership

30 March 2023 I have joint ownership in a property with my wife already. How many self-occupied property we both own individually currently?
Case-0:
Husband:
Wife:
We are planning another property in same city. As 2 self-occupied properties are allowed. How many self-occupied properties we will own per owner if:
1. We buy next property also in joint ownership between me and my wife
Case-1:
Husband:
Wife:

2. We buy next property with wife and our HUF as joint owner
Case-2:
Husband:
Wife:
HUF:

30 March 2023 Though it needs to be checked based on investment/shares in each property; but prima facia, in both cases it will be second property for both of you, and for HUF first property in second option.
