How many paid leaves are available during the articleship?

10 June 2013 I have some doubt regarding the Paid leaves during the Article-ship?
Please provide me the details:
(I have registered with IPCC Direct Entry Scheme.)
1. Is Paid Leaves available for Orientation and ITT Programme?
2. Is Paid leaves available for GMCS I and GMCS II?
3. Is Paid leaves for Preparation of Examination and during the period of exam? and how many leaves available?
4. If any other paid leaves available please let me know.

10 June 2013 1)days in which you have attended for orientation and itt programme is considered as period actually served in articleship

2)gmcs 1,2 period considered as actually served under articleship and it is also working day for leave caluculation

3)exam days and intervening holidays are considered as period actually served under articleship

4) if you have attended for any of icai or regional banch seminars it is considered as period actually served under articleship.

But for above article ship payment of stipend is depend on firms normal practice ,
Some firms wll pay and some will not..

however you cannot demand to pay becasue it will create bad impression on you..

as of my opinion if he pays for that leaves take otherwise better be silent to maintain good relation with principal
