dear all, if husband and wife jointly taken a housing loan but most of the installments are paid by husband and wife is paying only 1/4 .then whether 50-50 benefits will given to both of them or husband will get 3/4 and wife will get 1/4.

it will be on the basis of actual payment to the lender both for principal and int amount.
