i have a housing loan which is convert in mortgage loan, pls tell me deduction of interest and principal is applicable u/s.24b and 80c.

No.Only Housing loan eligible.Mortgage loan nature is totally different from Housing loan.so it is not eligible for sec.80C & Sec.24
