plese help me..
i heard that, if I have a home loan in which I am a co-applicant. However, the total EMI amount is paid only by me. i can claim full value of EMI for deduction 80C & u/s 24?
is this right? Pls tell me under which circular / notification clarifying about this?

there is no need to search for any circular or notification. The act itself is sufficient. Nowhere it is written in the act that to claim 80C/24b benefits, you need to be the whole and sole owner of the property. It is as simple as this - your assessment is independent of other owners.
