House rent allowance

30 November 2017 A Employee of our company had joined us in july month and his salary income is taxable, He pays also Rent. so i just want to know that where should from i calculate hra April or July Month ?

Please help me in this case.

01 December 2017 Then the actual rent that is paid by employee to landlord should be calculated from july month. Am i right or not ?

01 December 2017 It's based on his employer ll be given his allowance. Some times the employer ll give based on the percentage of HRA., Some times some others ll be make full house rent... Also it's allowed as per rule...

05 December 2017 Sorry sir i just want to know that if employee join any company in july month so we should take actual rent amount paid by employee to his landlord from july or april month for calculating hra taxability.
