If a house is in the name of small brother and rent is collected by big brother and big brother file return by showing the rent income in his income tax return as the house rent income.... Is it correct....

No it is not correct. If younger brother is minor the income should be clubbed with his parents income and if the younger brother is not minor then he should file hisrreturn and show the income ib his return.
