23 November 2010 i have taken loan rs 500000 from my friend @12%.i want 2 know which type of certificate(is plain paper affix with revenue stamp ) considered 4 deduction u/s 24b of it act?

23 November 2010 There is no such format speficied by the act, normal Bank certifcate format can be used

24 November 2010 Yes, but the Both party details with address and PAN,Loan details, prinpal, interest for the priod is required
