I owned a house and from last 2 years I am not claiming anything to related my house because now I had paid full loan of it.
I have read in new paper written by some experts that we can claim Rs. 30000/- as maintenance of house.
Can you please tel me under which section we can claim this .

No you can not claim any such deduction for a Self occupied property if you take loan for repairs and maintenance then on such interest you can claim deduction of upto Rs. 30000.00 Else you can not claim any maintenance deduction.
