dear sir/madam
I am working in private industry and I am leaving on rent, which is aim showing in tax benefit. same time I purchased a Property which is under construction and I am paying loan against that. can I show that Loan amount in tax saving. please guide

You can claim deduction u/s 80EE if property valuse is upto Rs. 40 lacs & loan value is upto Rs. 25 lacs.
Deduction u/s 40(B) will be available on completion of construction & not before that
