If Flat is purchased from Unsecured Loan Taken From Relative for 12% PA, then wether interest of Unsecured Loan is taken for deductions under 24(b) ?

Deduction shall be allowed irrespective of the nature of loan whether it is housing loan or personal loan from any person/institution.
please refer section 24b for more clarification ...
