I take a home loan for Purchase a plot + Construction there on in name of Wife and Repayment by Husband Can. Both file Income tax Return. I want to Benefit of Repayment of Loan & Interest, can I do? pls ans me.

You need to have the property in your name as well in order to claim the interest on housing loan, as well as repayment of loan.
