01 January 2008 Does a CA hold up Articled clerk's certificates during the articleship period?

CA has no right to keep certificates of the Article during the article ship period.

03 January 2008 Thanks for ur prompt responding.I have joined as articled clerck and am doing pay roll processing which is not connected with the audit firm and managed by CA's son.Can they impose me to work for period of 3 years by holding up my certificates.Can i take termination on this ground.Please help me.
