16 August 2013 In case hiring of cab by employees and directors of a company to travel for business purpose attracts reverse charge?

16 August 2013 Yes, reverse charge applicable if bill is in the name of company..

Reversecharge not applicable if bill is in the name of employees/directors

16 August 2013 In this case in addition to the reply of Mr. Ganeshbabu please check if service provider is a Non-corporate entity then only you are liable for RCM
