Hindi medium v/s english medium

Dear sir/madam, I am a hindi medium student. But beause of unavailabilty of good hindi material I am going through english material. My query is that can I write my full answer in english or use only technical words in english. Its very urgent.please resolve my query as soon as posible. actually this problem is also related many students who are coming from hindi medium. Officially clearfication should be done on website of icai because of its materiality.
