02 November 2012 An Assessee is paying service tax amount correctly but regarding the service he is recieving(reverse charge case) has been classified as Goods Transport Operator instead of GTA.ST Return has been according
filed.

Now my question is while filing ST Return for this year quarter can we show it as GTA service

Will it involve any kind of penalty
