Help ipcc taxation ..?

I m doing self study for ipcc tax nov 15.i just want to know which finance act is applicable for nov15.
and is there any change is service tax,customs,excise,cst that apply for ipcc nov15.
plz suggest..

finance act no 2 of 2014 is only applicable for nov 2015 ipcc exams for both dt and idt part.
changes in service tax vat n excise shall be covered in rtp for nov 2015 that will be issued by icai in sep/oct 15
