When I began to file ST-3 online there is a question regarding the Notification No. What is the notification number of Health Services? What is to be filledup there? Kindly clarify and wait for the reply....

since there is no notification under which exemption claimed ignore the same. Write a letter to dept separately indicating on what you are paying the service tax and how you are indicating the same in your return. Ask them to confirm in writing if there is any error.
