Can anybody please tell me, income from renting of a banquet hall comes under which head of income for a individual, for a company?

Except providing the Hall, other facilities are also provided to the customers, like furniture, utensils, decoration, electrification etc. If the rent for Hall is separately taken, Hall Rent can be taken under the head IFHP.

But when the charges are composite, these are to be considered under the head Business Income.
