I want to know that when form38 of haryana is to be submitted to department.

2 out of 10 has been utilised.
I should submit these 2 form or after utilisation of all form should be submitted.

26 May 2012 Form 38 is a Road permit to used for entering from one state to other. if you have purchase materials from delhi and want to enter in Haryana you should have form 38 for that similarly for Uttarakhand you should have form16 etc. in Uttar Pradesh Commercial Tax Department issue a Form 38 to registered Company to import or purchase goods from out side up. this form is used with the invoice of purchase goods what is form 38 In Haryana Form 38 is using purchasing the material from any other states

I know what is form-38.
I only asked that after purchase when it is to be submitted at department.

Is there any problem If I submit after consuming whole Forms.
