ESPECIALLY REFRACTORY MATERIAL AND BED MATERIALS....

02 January 2012 Mr Saurin,
Purchase of refractory and bed materials of an electricity generating plant are not cevered under the category of permitted goods. So ITC on purchase of these items are not available as GVAT Act 2005.

From the web site of Gujrat commercial tax dept, government of Gujarat, you will get all latest in formation, including original Act,Rules, later amendments, notifications, circulars etc.
