Kindly advice about my below points .........

1 ) where gumastadhara license is required , why , ????
2 ) why gumastadhara is necessary for any business / shop etc . ??
3 ) what is documets is required for gumastadhara license ??
4) its compulsory for every shop , or business premises ??
5) location ahmedabad jurisdiction .
6 ) office is on rent , so its compulsory gumastadhara ????

04 January 2016 You need to go through the provisions of Shops and Establishment Act. This act is admnistered by the respective States.
Please specify the nature of your business.profession so that the other questions can be answered.

04 January 2016 Dear Sir ,

now i am in working with IT company & they suggest software to all its respective clients .
there office is on rent and .
my question is that its liable for gumastadhara license / or not ,,,
