Gujarat vat return- revised

12 September 2015 Sir,

I have filed the Gujarat Vat Return for the

month of May-15 in June-15 with excess tax

paid of invoices which was cancelled.

Whether can I get refund of excess vat paid ?

Pls suggest.

15 September 2015 You have to file revised return for same, if time for revised return has been passed, you can show adjustment entries in current return
