09 September 2010 Respected Sir,
I have incorporated pvt ltd company dealing in pharma products.

AS a Employer, I am somewhat confussed 4 salary aspect of employee.
What's the rule 4 paying salary 2 employee?
PLease Provide me Format of SALARY.

09 September 2010 I suggest to refer Minimum wages act and Labour law rules

You can fix your salary structure as per your policy subject to the applicable laws

generally salary includes, Basic, HRA,transport allowance,special allowance, ESI,PF ( esi, pf applicable only more than 10,20 employees )
