03 October 2017 Assesse is providing GTA services from Mumbai to gujarat. It carries various small consignments, mostly of unregistered person. How to generate e-way bill in this case as consignee are too many.

03 October 2017 E-way bill is not required for small consignments of each value less than Rs 50,000.

03 October 2017 You have to raise e-way if goods value is of more than Rs.50000/-. Also some goods can be transported without e-way bill...

04 October 2017 Thanks for sharing article. But actually in this case GTA each time is carrying consignment of 15-20 peoples each valuing 4k to 5k, and mostly aggreate value is more then 50,000 Rs. How to generate e -way bill in this case. As there are more than 10 consingee each time.

04 October 2017 You have to feed details of same but main confusion is that we also dont know what to feed as e-way bill not yet started.
