Is the service receiver who pays service tax for GTA under reverse charge method entitled to claim the same as Input Credit..?

Yes as the same is used in relation to manufacture or clearacne or for provding the service or as a part of business. Some dispute on outward transportation exists. Avail and if objected reverse under portest.
