sir
we are a partner ship firm and registered in service tax for renting of immovable property services and filing return since last two year.
Now we are covered under GTA and making a payment of service tax @3.09 percent of transport bill.
for this we need to amend our registration or we can file as earlier.
Kindly help

Hi,
Yes Indeed it is required you got to amend Service Tax Certificate otherwise you wont be able to take CENVAT of the same.
