am working for a manufacturing company and we expost goods out of India. I want to understand if GTA shall be applicable on "OCEAN FREIGHT"

It seems that your query is not complete. Any way, GTA is not applicable to OCean Freight.

GTA is applicable only for Transport of goods by road subject to other condition.
