dear sir i has file gstr-1 and submitted also but evc file e-return option is unable on may portal. whether it is enable on 10 october. or what is error.

It is due to reason that you have not select primary authorised signatory at the tym of documents submission.
Apply for ammendment in non- core field & ammend it.
