Dear sir/madam
Kindly please help me for the month of october 2017 GST Return 3B RCM Applicable or not. because i am working an accountant in constructions company we hiring contract labour and unregistered purchase supplier, kindly please tell me we paid RCM october month or not

RCM for unregistered purchases has been suspended till March 2018.

thank you for your information sir, and one more think RCM applicable for contract labour they are also weekly labours so in the case we paid to RCM or not , because last three month we paid to contract labour RCM and october month applicable or not kindly please tell me sir

RCM on inward supplies from unregistered dealers is suspended till 31st March wef 13th October 2017.
Hence, if your case falls before 13th October , RCM is applicable.
