13 April 2018 If someone file wrong return GSTR1 & GSTR3B with wrong detail i.e. no tax liablity and that guy file return showing sale to unregistered person. Please help, how this may be rectify.

13 April 2018 Having no sale in Jan 2018. But due to one person, who manage the gst return, had filed GST3B with Tax liablity to un-register person Rs 24,000/- and take input of 23,250/- and balance paid from cash ledgre. and also file the GSTR1 with same detail. In Feb-18 he has last in office and when checking found this error. Now he is not picking up phone.

13 April 2018 Reverse the same in the month on March GSTR 3B.
24000/- take it as ITC which was outward supply and 23250 reverse the ITC under reverse others.

14 April 2018 Yes you can reverse it by showing credit note and debit note respectively and revise the returns.
