I took consent letter as proof of principle place of business but the person whose consent was taken is also not owner of property, he has rent agreement with owner of property and he pays rent. So only consent letter and Rent agreement is enough for proof of principle place of business ?

Consent and Rental agreement are enough. But both in received from Building Owner. Not from any other hands...

Yes............ Upload Rent Deed in SCN issued by GST Deptt. Also upload electricity bill in other supporting documents if available.

consent letter along with, either his/her PAN or Aadhar

Yes you can also take consent letter on Rs.100/- stamp without PAN or other details.
Take electricity bill of owner also....
