28 June 2017 my client is regi under mvat act...but his business is discontinued from last year...he does not filling vat return during the said period....now he run same business on another place..he does not cross threshold limit of Rs.20 lakh for gst regi.....but he obtained vat regi... can he liable mandatory register under gst act Thanks in advance
