What is the GST rate on Hotel Rooms?
Declared rate is Rs.8000 and Transaction rate is Rs.6000. Then what will be the rate of GST?

Since the GST council has accepted to levy GST on transaction value rather than declared tariff, the GST on hotel rooms with transaction value Rs 6000 will be 18%.
