05 November 2025 As per Notification No. 14/2025-Central Tax (Rate) | Dated: 17th September, 2025
The exact GST rate on fly ash bricks after the recent revision is 12% (6% CGST + 6% SGST), effective from September 22, 2025. This rate aligns fly ash bricks with other construction bricks under the GST regime.

Regarding the input tax credit (ITC) on raw materials used to make fly ash bricks, manufacturers can claim ITC on inputs such as fly ash, clay, and cement used in the production of these bricks, provided they pay GST at the overall rate of 12%.
