31 January 2018 The Owner of the Company's premises issuing bill without GST for Rs. 33000 /- per month . My question is that whether the company need to pay GST on RCM basis.

31 January 2018 Time being RCM Us Reverse charge is deferred till 31.03.2018. So till that Question of RCM Will not arise, same will be reviewed by GST Council .
