02 August 2018 GST is exempt on Health Care services. If the doctor is a proprietor and lets out a house for rent, will GST be levied on Rent collected, if the Health Care services receipts exceeds Rs.20 lakhs?

02 August 2018 GST not applicable on residential house let out for residential purpose.
GST applicable only when commercial rental income exceed 20 lacs. Health care services income will not be considered.

Considering the premises is let out for commercial purpose, he has to register under GST since the Total turnover including taxable and exempted services exceeds Rs.20 lakhs
Since Aggregate turnover includes taxable, exempted - this case falls under GST registration??
