Dear Experts,
For office we have purchased the air conditioner. Also have purchased the dress for staff.
Pls clarify :- can we avail the ITC of AC and dress

For the AC, you can claim ITC. However I will not advice to claim ITC on staff dress.

The AC is movable item., relating to Office, admin and office staff., not elgible.,
If its relating to mfg, Plant and machinery we can take. Normally the AC and Dress and mostly we can segregate ., At the time of GST audit if take the credit we have to proof., those and all purely related to Mfg.,

You can't avail the ITC for the Purchase of Dresses to Issued your Employees...
