I want to ask that if i am start the retail store and i am selling to unregister and purchasing from register dealer how to i manage gst invoice and gst return.

You ll give Tax Invoice to URD / Consumers...
Also we have separate column in GSTR 1 return as B2C...

Difference tax GST collected from B2C Customer with ITC against purchase liable to PAY.
