we are in the business of promoting goods and service Of others by distributing coupons , promoting the goods & services of others through discount card programs . we provide free offer for 30 days for new business whether any gst leviable ?

After completion of 30 days , we charge following amount:- At time of coupon issue:-RS.1 At time of coupon reedeem :-Rs.25 out of Rs.25 we credit RS.20 to customer account as loyalty bonus for above transaction businessman will have to maintain top up balance
whether gst will be charge at time of top up or deducting RS.1 for issue of coupon ? whether any gst will be charge at time of reedeem ? If yes on what amount RS.25 or RS.5 please explain the provison if possible

RESPECTED SIR WHEN Any customer have balance of 500 points they can make payment by 500 points only & noc ash required . that 500 points will be credited to businessman in form of freedeem cash a/c along with 5% extra . for ex:- if customer reedeem 500 points , businessman will get 525 Freedeem cash. Freedeem cash a/c can be used by businessman in two ways:- 1) they can topup their prepaid a/c 2)they can ask for payment
please advice for above full transaction from GST & TDS POINT OF VIEW WHAT WILL BE LIABILITY FOR GST & TDS PLEASE REPLY as early as possible Sorry for distributing But please provide reply

It's my view any how check it up with other experts as I am not clear about the transaction. No GST or TDS applicable(Freedeem cash a/c can be used by businessman).
