If a Hospital (Private Limited) is giving Professional Fees to their Doctors, is GST is Applicable i;e will hospital will claim it through RCM. If yes than what will be the rate applicable for RCM.

Health care services provided by doctors is exempted from GST. GST not applicable on Doctors receiving Professional Fee. RCM also not applicable.

Payment by Hospital to doctors in form of Professional fees is exempted under GST.
