As on 28/02/2019 my excess credit balance on account of SGST was Rs 19,000. Can we pay CGST liability for the month of March 2019 out of the excess credit of SGST ? Please guide me and oblige,

Whether it would be possible in future so that any kind of liability of SGST CGST IGST can be paid by excess credit of any of these three. Nothing will be restricted on this issue.

Let us hope so. As soon as the government will realise that all the States and UTs of our country are integral part of Union of India, it will issue notification. (Humour)
