28 September 2017 In GST - 3B, we having the payment liablility. But now payment of tax is displaying as no tax liablility. We have not pay the tax and the offset liability has also been disable, i cannot able to enter. kindly help me sir.

28 September 2017 Manually calculate tax & pay it. You have to file 3B in same form as it was as you cant revise it after submitting it.
