I worked with an organisation form 01june-08 to 25jan-13 (4yrs 7mnth 24days) am i eligibel get gratuty amount

yes dear u are eligible for gratuity , if any employee complected 5 or more than 5 month its calculate into 1 year in your case you service is complected 5 year
