sir whether I am liable for service tax, if I have 7 tankers and I have applied for tender in hpcl mera turnover 40 lacs ho gaya h n I m individual meine abhi service tax ka registration bhi nahi karwaya h

Since your turnover exceeds Rs. 9 lakhs, you are liable to get registered.
