can anyone please help me in finding the best book for company law CS executive
my attempt is in This December.

Dont look beyond study material of ICSI. Study material of ICSI is the best book for preparation.

In addition to ICSI study material I would advise you to keep to books for reference purpose:
1. Company Law Bare Act
2. Munish Bhandari book (Can also use it for CS)
Also refer ICSI suggested answer to go through law based practical questions.
