I have cleared IPCC in May 12 attempt... so GMCS course has to be done twice....
Can a Residential Programme at Hyderabad be treated as an alternative to GMCS (both) courses?

1)If your article ship is registered on or after 1-5-2012 then you have to under go for GMCS Twice other wise only one time sufficient.
2) Yes, Residential Program is considered as alternative to GMCS twice.
